We look for floorplates of at least 500m², capable of accommodating 50+ keys. We can work with split levels, deep floorplates, and windowless cores.
Do you buy or lease?
We consider Management Agreements, Leases, and Joint Ventures depending on the asset profile. We are flexible operators designed to maximize asset value.
Is there a reception?
Lume is a digital-first hotel. Check-in is handled via our app or self-service kiosks, but our 'Community Hosts' are always available in the lobby to assist you.
Are the pods soundproof?
Yes. Silence is luxury. Our pods are engineered with acoustic dampening materials to achieve <30dB of isolation, ensuring deep sleep even in the busiest cities.
