This website, lumehotels.com, is operated by Lume Hotels ("we", "us"), the capsule hotel brand developed by Infill Capital Partners. For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Lume Hotels is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

We keep this simple. We collect:

• Contact details you give us — your name and email address when you join our waitlist, submit a contact or enquiry form, or email us.
• Account details — if you create an account or sign in (for example with Google), we store your name, email address, and profile picture provided by the sign-in service.
• Usage data — we use analytics tools (loaded via Google Tag Manager) that collect information about how you use the site, such as pages visited, approximate location, device, and browser type. These tools use cookies.

We do not sell your personal data.

• To respond to you and manage the waitlist — because you asked us to (taking steps at your request before entering a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• To send you updates you signed up for — with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand and improve the website — our legitimate interest in running a working, useful site (Art. 6(1)(f)), and consent where required for analytics cookies.

We use service providers to run this site: hosting (Google Cloud), email delivery, and analytics (Google). They process data on our instructions. Where data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

• Waitlist and enquiry details: until you ask us to remove you, or up to 2 years after our last contact with you.
• Account details: for as long as your account exists.
• Analytics data: per the retention settings of our analytics tools (typically up to 26 months).

• Correct inaccurate data.
• Have your data deleted.
• Restrict or object to our processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
