Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee and are subject to availability. Please contact the front desk for arrangements.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. Please refer to your booking confirmation to verify your cancellation policy.

For most flexible rates, we offer free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to the 3:00 PM check-in time on your arrival date.

Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified.

Guests must be 18 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian.

Lume is a 100% smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in all capsules, shared spaces, and indoor areas. A significant cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

With the exception of certified service animals, pets are not permitted at Lume properties to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.

We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels, especially in the pod corridors and shared spaces, to ensure a quiet and restorative environment for everyone. Lume reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest who displays disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
